Branch Manager Zurich (m/f/d)

SIGNAL AG is a full-service provider of products, systems, and services for signaling, information, parking management, marking, and traffic control, employing a total of 280 people at its headquarters in Büren an der Aare and the 9 market areas in Switzerland.

For the Zurich branch, we are looking for a committed and strong leadership personality as Branch Manager 100% (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional management of the branch
• Responsibility for sales and profitability of the branch
• Organization, monitoring, and ensuring processes
• Customer advice and support, as well as acquisition of new customers
• Sales of our products, as well as their introduction to the market
• Consulting and participation in projects
• Quotation and order processing
• Performance controls and monthly reporting
• Participation in the strategy for the assigned sales area

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with good technical understanding and further training in sales
• Business management thinking and experience in staff management
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and resilience
• Networked thinking as well as independence, initiative, and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills and confident German and French language skills
• Experience in dealing with the public sector and the construction and construction-related industry is an advantage
• Car driving license
