Deputy Nursery Manager – Paudex

Your missions:

• Support management in the daily running of the nursery and in implementing the establishment's project.
• Participate in the coordination and supervision of the educational team: organization, support, internal communication.
• Ensure the quality of care, safety, and well-being of the children, ensuring compliance with the educational project and current standards.
• Ensure, in collaboration with management, administrative and HR follow-up (schedules, replacements, integrations, communication with the administrative center).
• Contribute to a good team climate by promoting cohesion, motivation, and information flow.
• Be a trusted link between management, the team, and families.

Profile sought:

• Degree in early childhood (child educator, social work, or recognized equivalent).
• Proven experience in a supervisory or coordination role in an early childhood care structure.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and rigor in work organization.
• Recognized interpersonal skills, ability to unite and work as a team.
• Proficiency in common computer tools.
• Fluent French, any other language is an asset.
