These are your tasks
- Take over the technical and personnel management of four automation and control technology specialists
- Ensure electrical maintenance of all low-voltage systems in the power plant park (waste incineration plant, wood heating power plant, gas and steam combined cycle power plant, hydropower plants as well as building technology systems)
- Coordinate maintenance work for medium and high voltage systems in cooperation with external specialists
- Submit installation notifications to the network operator and carry out construction-accompanying initial inspections and final checks of the installations
- Check installation work of employees
- Participate in renewal and optimization projects of electrical installations
- Provide on-call service (6 - 8 times per year)
This distinguishes you
- Basic training as an electrician or electrical planner with completed further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety, automation specialist or HF system technician
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in the industrial or energy sector
- Leadership experience with a supportive leadership style
- High sense of responsibility and interest in promoting active collaboration and willingness to implement
- Enjoy working in a team
