Our Ward:
In our open acute ward focusing on depressive disorders, we combine rapid admission and treatment with a psychotherapeutically and psychiatrically based treatment concept. Patients receive disorder-specific, individually tailored therapy, which includes guideline-compliant psychopharmacotherapy as well as medical, psychotherapeutic, and nursing consultations, embedded in a group therapy program. The offer is complemented by close cooperation with the in-house interventional psychiatry using modern neurostimulation methods.
We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Medical responsibility in the interprofessional leadership team of an open affective acute ward with a focus on psychotherapeutic acute treatment
- Training and supervision of assistant physicians as well as psychologists of the ward in cooperation with the chief physician and the senior psychologist
- Participation in the further development of the treatment offer
- Work in the PDAG duty system (approx. 21 senior physician duties, including approx. 7 weekend days per year at 100% workload)
Profile
- FMH title (or equivalent) for psychiatry and psychotherapy or close to completion
- Interest in modern treatment concepts in psychiatry, including no-restraint, open-doors, recovery-oriented psychiatry, Safewards
- Team player, decisive, flexible, and creative
- Interest and prior experience in psychotherapeutic work
- German language skills at level C1
