Your Tasks
- Management and organization of patient-related documents
- Contact person and interface for patients, nursing staff, relatives, and doctors
- Patient reception and care before, during, and after treatment
- Practice management, including service recording, statistics, and billing
- Assistance in the preparation of medical letters
- With medical training or additional qualification, also blood sampling and performing various measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, height)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a medical professional, health care clerk
- Professional experience in health care would be desirable
- A pronounced service mentality, teamwork skills, and high flexibility
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our patients and their relatives
