What you will accomplish

• Apply all kinds of paints (brush, roller, airless) on various surfaces, with perfect mastery.
• Carefully read plans to ensure flawless execution and provide precise monitoring of the work.
• Write clear and detailed weekly reports to track the progress of the site.
• Manage and lead several teams, while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability of the work.
• Coordinate the different stakeholders (site management, client, etc.) to guarantee the smooth running of operations.

What you need to shine

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as painter or plasterer painter, with at least 3 years of field experience.
• Experience in site management and team supervision – you know how to manage a site down to the smallest details.
• Skills in team management, planning, leadership, as well as in quality and safety areas.
• A passion for perfect finishes and a sharp eye to ensure neat work.
• A strong ability to solve unforeseen issues while remaining calm and organized.
