In Business Services & Outsourcing, we advise and support multinational and/or publicly listed clients on finance and payroll matters. Within this area, our Finance and ad Interim Solutions department is responsible for advising and supporting our clients in finance, reconciliations to statutory financial statements, and consolidations.

We are expanding our BSO / Finance & ad Interim Solutions department and are looking for a new Senior Consultant.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• You actively contribute to the expansion of new business relationships and further develop the Finance & ad Interim Solutions department; this includes coordinating market activities and acquiring new clients
• You are responsible for comprehensive consulting and support within the mandate portfolio on topics such as financial statements, consolidations, reconciliations, and act as the main contact for our existing (international) clients
• You support optimal collaboration in the Business Services Outsourcing area (cross-departmental) and communicate proactively
• You independently, holistically, and solution-orientedly advise and support our clients
• You share your know-how with other team members and accompany them on their professional path
• You have the opportunity to hands-on further develop new systems and work processes within our team

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have advanced or completed training as a certified fiduciary expert, certified expert in accounting and controlling, business economist FH, or comparable qualifications
• You bring several years of practical experience in financial accounting (optionally international fiduciary) as well as in the respective accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS, US GAAP, and HGB) and are familiar with advising SME and MU+ clients
• You enjoy acquiring new clients and building new networks
• You have experience with group structures (group accounts, reconciliations, intercompany, MIS, reporting)
• You communicate clearly and confidently both orally and in writing in German and English
• You gladly take on responsibility and have a high quality awareness
• You particularly score with service, team and customer orientation, flexibility, and commitment
