Your main missions will be as follows:
- Ensure a duo intervention in bio-psycho-social situations (in the street, at home, or in institutions) at the request of the CTMG, 144, or upon solicitation from external partners, integrating the concepts of health promotion and prevention;
- Ensure duo patrols with vulnerable people in the street;
- Participate in non-operational EMUS time;
- Ensure the follow-up of operational material.
Your assets:
- Nursing diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field;
- Knowledge of the Vaud socio-health network and/or the low-threshold network;
- Experience working in an interprofessional manner;
- Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally in a spirit of mutual aid and collaboration;
- Aptitude to manage complex, conflictual, and emergency situations;
- Good analysis and synthesis of situations allowing for appropriate decision-making;
- Aptitude to relate to others and create a climate of trust.
