- in performing administrative tasks including the use of various computer programs (KISIM, SAP, etc.)
- in operating the information desk (patients, visitors, staff)
- in operating and handling the telephone system
- in coordinating internal and external mail
- responsible for alarm triggering (fire, disaster alarm, etc.)
- in processing printing and copying orders
- in the continuous improvement of processes
- in the administrative admission of emergency patients during night shifts
You
- have training as a receptionist, hotel specialist, or commercial clerk or a similar qualification
- ideally have initial experience in healthcare
- are a team player, flexible, and resilient personality who enjoys working independently and responsibly
- have a quick grasp, a networked way of thinking, as well as solution orientation and discretion
- possess very good MS Office user skills
- have very good written and spoken German skills as well as knowledge of other foreign languages
- are willing to work shifts and weekend duties including night shifts
