Main tasks
- Independent planning and implementation of ICT projects of various sizes and complexities – from the idea to the handover to operations.
- Responsibility for cross-departmental projects focusing on digitalization, automation, IT system landscapes, and service management.
- Building and leading the project organization with internal teams and external partners
- Active stakeholder management including project controlling, risk management, and quality assurance
- Ensuring compliance with WTO requirements in project planning, execution, and control, including coordination of external providers.
- Independent creation of conceptual and technical deliverables as well as requirements management
- Promotion and further development of hybrid and agile project management methods including workshop moderation
Profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics (FH or higher) and at least 5 years of solid professional experience in ICT project management
- Certifications in recognized project management standards (e.g., HERMES, IPMA, PMI) as well as ITSM/ITIL knowledge
- Strong IT background (technological understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, operations/service management)
- Independent, initiative-taking, and solution-oriented personality with high personal responsibility and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- Initial practical experience with WTO tenders is an advantage
- Very good German skills (C2), good English skills (B1)
