Your Field of Activity
- Development and implementation of BIM strategies and standards for the sustainable optimization of our planning and construction processes
- Management and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure data consistency, security, and integrity across all project phases
- Ensuring compliance with defined standards and best practices in all BIM processes
- Training and support of project teams and stakeholders in the use of BIM tools and digital workflows
Your Expertise
- Technical degree or a comparable qualification (technical business administrator or business specialist)
- Several years of practical experience in construction project management or understanding of planning/construction site
- Good knowledge of BIM tools (e.g., CAD, Model Checker)
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
