As an HR Generalist (m/f/d), you will support our four locations in Central and Eastern Switzerland, combining administrative HR tasks with the role of a Business Partner. You recruit new talents, advise managers, support employees, and ensure that processes run smoothly. You bring your dynamism, motivation, and expertise and have the opportunity to help shape a varied environment where no day is like the other.
- Independent, comprehensive support of the assigned locations throughout the entire HR lifecycle – from workforce planning and recruitment to employee retention and separation
- Advising and supporting managers on operational HR issues as well as labor and social security law topics
- Professional handling of individual personnel measures such as warnings, terminations, contract changes, as well as conducting and supporting absence and return interviews
- Responsibility for complete HR administration from entry to exit (contract creation, references, agreements, maintenance of personnel files and master data)
- Management of time tracking including absence and vacation control as well as processing accident and illness cases and coordination with social insurance and authorities
- Ensuring correct preparation and control of monthly payroll changes in cooperation with HR administration and external payroll service providers, as well as support in salary and bonus processes
- Participation in HR projects and active involvement in the further development and optimization of HR processes, policies, and tools including the creation and analysis of relevant HR key figures
- Completed commercial basic training or a business degree with a focus on HR as well as an advanced HR qualification (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of solid professional experience in operational HR with proven practice in HR administration and experience in the payroll process
- Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a decentralized environment is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security law as well as a confident understanding of HR processes along the employee life cycle
- High independence, strong initiative, and the ability to competently and solution-oriented advise managers
- Structured, responsible, and discreet working style combined with assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel between the supported locations in Central and Eastern Switzerland
- Confident handling of MS Office and experience with modern HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
