To further develop and position our programmatic and digital media offering, we are looking for a strong leadership personality with experience. As Lead Programmatic & Digital Media, you are responsible for both the operational day-to-day business and the strategic development of our offering. You are the central expert, sparring partner for clients and employees, as well as the face of our programmatic setup in the Swiss market. <strong>Operational & strategic</strong> <ul> <li>Conceptualization, planning, and implementation of sophisticated programmatic campaigns across all relevant channels (display, video, native, audio, DOOH, CTV)</li> <li>Hands-on setup, control, monitoring, and reporting of campaigns in our DSP AdForm</li> <li>Digital channel and media planning in all phases of the customer journey</li> <li>Development of holistic media and programmatic strategies including budget allocation, KPI definition, and reporting logics</li> <li>Quality assurance, optimization, automation, and further development of campaign setups and processes</li> <li>Professional support and development of internal teams</li> </ul> <strong>Offering & market</strong> <ul> <li>Further development and market readiness of our programmatic and digital media offering</li> <li>Active positioning internally – within digital but also with partner agencies in Team Farner</li> <li>Active external positioning: participation in industry events, exchange with market participants, thought leadership</li> <li>Building, maintaining, and deepening relationships with publishers, marketers, technology partners, and platforms</li> <li>Negotiation and closing of deals (PMPs, preferred deals, special placements, etc.)</li> <li>Support in pitches, concepts, and client meetings</li> </ul>
You fit with us if…
<ul> <li>Several years of solid experience in programmatic advertising / digital media (agency, publisher, or platform side)</li> <li>Very good understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, inventory, data, deals, auctions)</li> <li>AdForm knowledge is ideal but not mandatory</li> <li>Strategic thinking combined with clear operational implementation strength</li> <li>Strong network or high willingness to actively network in the Swiss market</li> <li>Confident in negotiations, convincing, and strong in presentations</li> <li>German is a must, English is expected</li> <li>Entrepreneurial mindset and joy in actively shaping an offering</li> </ul>
