We are currently recruiting to participate in the implementation and configuration of our ERP. An attractive challenge to set up this central software that will be integrated into a complex application ecosystem.
To support us and complete our Property & Casualty (P&C) Solution team, we are looking for several ERP Business Analysts - Product & Policy - 80-100%, who will work closely with business departments and the digital transformation technical teams.
The tasks awaiting you:
- Prepare and lead workshops on capturing detailed functional requirements
- Translate requirements into technical-functional specifications and define technical solutions
- Document/model (UML, BPMN) to facilitate communication and understanding of systems
- Participate in estimating the effort required, evaluate and formalize business specifications according to the added value for the company
- Support and participate in functional and UAT test sessions
- Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and architects to validate and ensure the quality of deliverables
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in insurance. A BA certification is a plus.
- Higher professional education such as HES, university degree in Computer Science, or equivalent diploma
- Understanding of overall IT architecture and integration issues (API, microservices, etc.)
- Excellent communication and ability to adapt to interlocutors to act as an interface in projects
- Expertise in ERP solutions (ideally Guidewire) would be highly appreciated
- Excellent level of French (C1) and proficiency in English (B2)
You are organized and pay close attention to detail. Proactive, you stand out for your solution-oriented approach. Thanks to your communication skills, you have very good interpersonal skills.
