Senior L&C Business Manager

SIX is looking for a Senior Legal & Compliance (L&C) Business Manager to support the Group General Counsel in the establishment of operational and risk management processes, adoption of tools as well as preparation of documentation and communication. You report to the Group General Counsel.
In this role, you will be a sole contributor and need to feel comfortable operating at different levels, from administrative and operational responsibilities to presentation to executives.
The L&C function is a team of 80 professionals mostly located in Switzerland and Spain.
What You Will Do
- Governance: Manage the suite of L&C regulations and work instructions, including communication, regular update, monitoring of adherence.
- Risk Management: Manage L&C risk controls and evidence. Continuously review and streamline processes, align closely with Risk Management, and communicate requirements.
- Business Continuity Management (BCM): Own the preparation of BCM and oversee the adoption of BCM processes such as the adherence to Sharepoint activity lists.
- Communication: Oversee Team SharePoint site as a communication channel across the teams. Prepare regular Team Calls and Team teach-in sessions on key topics (presentation, coordination of presenters)
- Document Repository: Structure and oversee the drives as central document repository, manage access rights.
- Project Management: Manage key projects such as external counsel management, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Technology: introduce tech tools to support the day-to-day work of L&C professionals.

- Proven track record in managing and optimizing operational and risk management processes, with a strong track record of seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Outstanding communication skills: Outstanding communication and project management skills, with a focus on proactive stakeholder engagement, regular reporting, and ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
- Execution with a sense of urgency: Recognized for your ability to get things done efficiently and effectively, while building strong, trust-based relationships across the organization.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience in establishing standards and processes using SharePoint and Power BI, driving adoption and maximizing value for the team.
- Collaborative mindset: A true team player with excellent collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach. You value simplicity, act with discretion, and are known for your reliability and efficiency.
- Continuous learner: Eager to learn, grow, and embrace feedback and guidance to continuously improve.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
