The "HEKS in-fra" program offers language and integration courses for migrants and refugees at five locations in the canton of Thurgau. 75% of our participants are foreign-language women and mothers with small children. Children between 0 and 5 years learn playfully and with professional support for 5 to 12 hours per week with our well-trained childcare workers, while the parents attend a German and integration course. Our goals are based on the pedagogical concept of early childhood, where language, social learning, and play are central, and we are partners of the selective language obligation.
To complement our teams and as maternity cover, we are looking for two experienced, empathetic, and flexible professionals at the locations Weinfelden and Arbon immediately or by arrangement.

- The heterogeneous group of children looks forward to a skillful mix of free and guided sequences as well as movement and rest phases.
- You skillfully support children and parents during transitions or in conflict situations.

- Ideally, you have completed further training in "Early Education, Focus on Multilingualism and Integration" and/or the canton of Thurgau's "Preschool Language Promotion" or are willing to complete it.
- Your great joy in working with children from different cultures is noticeable; you bring experience in an intercultural environment.
