Our Michelin-starred restaurant is looking for a Chef de Partie to join a committed brigade, at the heart of a house that values the taste of well-done work, transmission, and humanity.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in gastronomy, and the desire to continue learning
- A sharp eye, a precise hand, and a true culinary curiosity
- A passionate person who enjoys working in a team
- Someone reliable, positive, with a sense of rhythm
Qualifications
What you will do:
- Take charge of a kitchen station (according to your profile and affinities)
- Carry out precise mise en place, accurate cooking, and careful plating
- Participate in service with rigor and energy
- Work closely with the Chef and the rest of the brigade
- Respect all hygiene rules (HACCP)
