• Execution and management of RFI/RFQ/RFP processes including commercial evaluation (TCO) and risk management
• Negotiation, conclusion, and administration of IT contracts (software, cloud/SaaS, hardware, managed services)
• Management and further development of strategic supplier relationships including performance and SLA management
• Ensuring governance, compliance, and ISO requirements in IT procurement
• Responsibility for contract and license lifecycle management (renewals, audits, price negotiations)
• Conducting spend analyses as well as realizing and tracking savings

• Several years of experience in IT procurement, vendor, and contract management
• Solid negotiation experience including license models, framework agreements, and SLA/OLA structures
• Knowledge of ITIL-based service management and supplier performance management
• Experience with ERP/P2P systems (e.g., SAP) as well as analytical competence in spend and KPI reporting
• Structured, assertive, and results-oriented working style in matrix organizations
• Fluent German and English negotiation skills
