R&D Project Manager (a) Zurich City

Microdul AG in Zurich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close collaboration with our customers - mainly inmedical technology. We are looking for a new team member for the development department by agreement.

• Managing own projects from customer specification to volume ramp-up
• Meeting deadlines, risk assessment, and cost control
• Technical communication with our customers in Europe and the USA
• Collaboration with process and test engineers
• Creating the necessary project and production documentation
• Implementing projects according to specified norms and standards

• MSc in Engineering (MSE) or a related engineering discipline
• Experience in the manufacturing of electronic circuits
• Structured and analytical working methodology
• Good German and English skills (or willingness to learn both languages)
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and proactive
