Tasks

Skills
- Technical degree in mechanical engineering; minimum 10 years' experience.
- Proficient in Ansys and ThinkDesign; knowledge of meccano-welded construction.
- Strong analytical, structured, and continuous improvement skills.

All our machines are designed specifically for our clients, each product is therefore unique. Today, we collaborate with clients spread across 22 countries around the world and we have 8 subsidiaries located in Europe, Brazil, Japan, and Australia.
To this end, we wish to welcome a SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER to complete our Mechanical Office of 8 employees including the manager.
. Mechanical studies (static, dynamic, kinematic)
. Design of machines and subsystems according to current standards and guidelines
. Design new features for the machines
. Interface with other technical teams to ensure the implementation of the defined functionality
. Generate new ideas and new technologies
. Establish technical documents (functional descriptions, design reviews, calculation sheets, risk analysis...)
. Control the plans executed by the technical drawing department
. Bug resolution and improvement
. Organize validation tests on machines
. Follow and correct all technical documents related to production
. Technical school, HES or EPF in mechanics or equivalent
. Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in railways with good knowledge in welded construction
. English level B2 minimum
. German level B2
. Experience with Ansys
. ThinkDesign (Similar to Inventor, AutoCad, CATIA…)
. MDesign
. Office Suite
