Medical Practice Assistant

Uroviva stands for a modernly managed medical network and includes a specialized clinic for urology, nine urological practices, as well as an andrology center. With around 70,000 consultations annually in primary, specialized, and emergency care and over 5,000 surgeries of all degrees of severity, Uroviva is a significant provider of urological services in Switzerland.

For our lively practice, integrated into the Zollikerberg Hospital, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant (100%) starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Medical Practice Assistant (100%)

• Planning, organizing, and preparing consultations
• Caring for patients during examinations
• Independent execution of blood draws, urine analyses, and injections
• Proper, hygienic, and flawless care of examination rooms
• Preparation and sterilization of used equipment
• Preparing urological examinations and assisting with examinations and minor procedures (cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, vasectomy, etc.)
• Assistance with minor surgical procedures
• Patient reception
• Writing urological reports
• General office work, scheduling appointments
• Management of consumables

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ or health professional EFZ
• Friendly, reliable, and competent personality characterized by high resilience and great motivation
• Enjoyment of active patient contact
• Neat appearance
• Experience with the Vitodata operating system is an advantage (but not mandatory)
• Enjoy working in a team
