The Project Manager Office Move drives the full relocation of Mammut’s Swiss headquarters—around 250 employees plus the Store—into its new home.
In this fixed‑term role (until May 2027) with an earliest‑possible start, you act as the central lead and single point of contact, keeping all workstreams aligned and collaborating closely with architects and planners. You oversee governance, timelines, budget, risks, communication, readiness, and compliance to keep the project moving smoothly and decisively.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end Office Move project, ensuring all workstreams progress toward their Definition of Done (DoD).
- Drive all governance structures, including Steering Committee, Sponsor Alignment, project syncs, and coordination meetings with external partners.
- Oversee budget tracking with Controlling and enable structured, transparent decision‑making.
- Maintain project charter, scope, integrated timeline, RACI, and the RAID log, ensuring high‑quality documentation and consistent tracking in Confluence and Jira (Epics, Tasks, Stories, Risks, Issues).
- Act as the central coordination hub for internal and external stakeholders, including IT, HR, Logistics, external partners, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure workstream owners deliver on timelines and DoD, identify dependencies and bottlenecks, and guide decision‑making and escalations as needed.
- Ensure clear information flow to all stakeholders through defined collaboration structures and Teams channels.
- Collaborate closely with architects, construction planners, movers, furniture vendors, and specialist contractors, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and contractual adherence.
- Oversee internal communication, change management activities, FAQs, training content, and leadership briefings to support a smooth transition.
- Ensure robust Cutover and Transition planning for an uninterrupted move from the old to the new office location.
- Guarantee Day‑1 readiness of all services (IT, Facility Management, logistics, signage, furniture, access).
- Coordinate hypercare during and after the physical move.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects - ideally office moves or real-estate-related initiatives with strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management and risk migration.
- Strong background in working with structured governance (incl. leadership level), formal reporting, RAID logs and multi workstream coordination
- Comfortable working with budget tracking and financial reporting (with support from Controlling)
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on operational levels
- Structured, proactive, highly organized and able to drive clarity in complexity
- Resilient, solution oriented and able to manage deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Personality with high sense of ownership and accountability
- Fluent in German and English
- Solid command of Jira (Epics, Tasks, Stories, Risks, Issues) and Confluence for documentation
