What you will do with us

• General administrative tasks such as telephone service, appointment coordination, surgery or intervention planning, handling mail traffic, processing incoming and outgoing emails
• Preparing the consultation, creating billing for consultations
• Assistance in the consultation room: oscillographies and Doppler index, microcapillary examinations, assisting with minor procedures, applying compression and Coban bandages, various wound dressings as instructed by the doctor, managing sterile goods, performing blood draws

What you bring with you

• MPA EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ (with foreign diploma recognised by the SRK)
• Precise and efficient working style with quick comprehension, high sense of responsibility and organisational skills
• Enjoyment in contact with people, empathetic interaction with patients and their relatives, and service-oriented thinking
• Enjoyment of challenging situations, flexibility and professional implementation of accumulated experience
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, good knowledge of medical terminology and proficient use of Office; SAP and KISIM knowledge advantageous
