HR Consultant REHA Management

The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence center for the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden and contributes to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. With our comprehensive and holistic REHA management, we support employees of the canton of Graubünden who are ill or injured in difficult medical, professional, and social situations. Recovery and return to professional and private everyday life are our main focus.
Do you want to use your organizational and communication skills in an interdisciplinary context to advise, accompany, and support employees and managers? Then you are exactly right with us! To expand our team, we are looking for an HR Consultant REHA Management immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Support of people with health impairments within the framework of case management
- Determination of individual measures
- Organization and management of status assessments with the various contact persons
- Coordination of medical service providers, private and social insurers, and other institutions
- Ensuring optimal professional and social reintegration of the affected person
- Co-organization of and participation in various topic-specific events
What we expect from you
- Completed further training as a Case Manager / Social Insurance Specialist with a federal certificate and/or similar training in the fields of HR, health, and insurance.
- High social competence and empathy towards people in difficult life situations, trustworthy personality
- Flexibility, high resilience, and decisiveness even in difficult situations
- Independent, precise, and structured way of working and pronounced sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of travel activity
- Very good oral and written communication skills, good knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Digital affinity and good user knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
