Job Description
- Instrumenting and assisting surgeries in various medical disciplines
- Performing all pre- and post-operative measures
- Compliance with hygiene and asepsis guidelines
- Professional responsibility in a specialized field
- Proper preparation and operation of necessary devices, instruments, and sterile goods
- Participation in the maintenance of internal processes, workflows, and structures
Qualifications
- Certified nurse specialist FA OP or specialist in surgical technology
- Professional experience mainly in orthopedics, preferably with experience in a consulting physician system
- A high level of professional, operational, and social competence
- Quality and responsibility awareness as well as a high willingness to serve
- Quick comprehension in everyday professional life
- Flexibility, resilience, and enthusiasm
- Reliability, commitment, communication skills, and enjoyment of work
- Willingness to take on on-call duty
