Your Challenge

• You competently advise our customers and gladly perform pharmaceutical services.
• You process orders from institutions and support the team in their preparation and billing.
• You process and check prescriptions.
• You actively implement TopPharm campaigns as well as the QMS.
• You deliver orders with the company vehicle.
• You promote and challenge our apprentices.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a pharmaceutical operations assistant or pharmaceutical assistant or pharmacy specialist with several years of professional experience.
• You are reliable, work precisely and efficiently.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm characterize you, and you are always open to innovative ideas.
• You have sales talent, are communicative, empathetic, and enjoy working with people.
• You like to take responsibility and appreciate independent work.
• You speak fluent German, English, and preferably also Italian to best advise our international customers.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of the pharmacy software ProPharmaX is an advantage.
