Do you want to take responsibility and ensure that everything runs smoothly in our depot? Then we are looking for you!
In Maintenance District 4, we handle several construction sites per year and, with our 20 employees, are responsible for the operation and maintenance of state roads, bike and pedestrian paths, as well as hiking trails. With your expertise and commitment, you contribute to ensuring that everything runs smoothly off the roads as well.

Your tasks
- Leading the team in the depot and actively promoting an open, collegial collaboration
- Planning and organizing the annual and weekly maintenance programs
- Responsibility for the work preparation of daily deployments
- Administrative tasks such as work preparation, application processing, etc.
- Ensuring occupational safety and deployment management during incident service
Your profile
- Completed training in operations maintenance, road construction, landscaping, or as a mason
- Completed further training as a maintenance foreman/-woman
- Enjoyment of administrative, digital work
- Driver's license category C/CE or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as well as on-call duty
- Resilience, team spirit, and physical fitness
- Ability to reach the depot within 30 minutes
