Programmer / Machine Operator Turning Center 100% (m/f/d)

Then it’s high time to send us your application. For our production department in Bellach, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a programmer / machine operator for our DMG Mori 2500/700 lathe with driven tool and counter spindle. These are your tasks

• Create and run new CAM and NC programs for DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 with MasterCam
• Create, adjust and optimize setup documents and tool lists with MDM tool management
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to sustainably improve efficiency, productivity and quality
• Work on production machines in daily business (setting up, running in and producing workpieces)
• Completed mechanical vocational training (e.g. polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ) with several years of experience in manufacturing complex individual parts and small series
• Experience in CAM programming (MasterCam is an advantage)
• Experience in operating DMG Mori NLX 2500/700 is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts (2-shift model)
