Clerk for Companies & Institutions (100%)
The Benedict Education Group is one of the leading internationally active educational institutes in Switzerland with schools in Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, and St. Gallen. Its broad educational portfolio covers various areas: from languages and commerce to business and computer science, as well as hotel management, medicine, and health.
To strengthen/expand the Companies and Institutions department, we are looking for a committed and experienced Clerk for Companies & Institutions (100%) at the Benedict Campus Zurich Altstetten.
Your tasks:
- Coordination, organization, and administrative support within the three-person team to relieve customer service and customer acquisition
- Telephone contact and consulting of companies and institutions
- Preparation of offers and contract documents
- Maintenance and updating of the CRM system as well as accounting
- Processing of email inquiries and general administrative tasks
- Organization and coordination of events and customer events
Your profile:
- Solid basic training with a commercial, sales, or technical focus
- Several years of experience in customer contact, ideally in the educational environment or B2B sector
- Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Independent, reliable, and precise way of working
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
