What to expect- You act as a central interface and sparring partner to the CMO and the marketing team heads, prioritize topics, prepare decision bases, and enable quick, well-founded decisions
- You manage and coordinate strategic marketing projects, meet deadlines, and ensure cross-departmental and market-wide alignment
- You structure information, manage the topics and meeting agenda, and ensure clear, target-group-appropriate communication
- You network global marketing teams, collect and scale best practices, and support the implementation of effective marketing measures
- You are responsible for strategic marketing projects such as initiatives to specifically increase store traffic, in the area of sustainability, as well as digital campaigns
- You develop convincing presentations, market and trend analyses, marketing roadmaps, and content for internal communication platforms
- You establish a global format that makes marketing successes, innovations, and achieved milestones visible, communicated, and celebrated for stores and markets worldwide
- You bring experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or project manager in the marketing environment
- You manage complex projects confidently and always keep priorities and deadlines in view
- You communicate clearly and confidently – especially when dealing with C-level, international stakeholders, and marketing teams
- You analyze topics quickly, prepare decisions precisely, and create convincing presentations
- You act with trust, give honest feedback, and move confidently in sensitive marketing topics
- You work structured, proactive, and take responsibility, both strategically and operationally
