This is what awaits you:
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant or
- You will play a significant role in the establishment of our new medical practice assistant EFZ center and contribute your own ideas
- At least two years of professional experience
- Ideally, first leadership experience or the clear willingness to take on planning, organization, and setup of the new location
- Team spirit
- High personal responsibility and independent working style a leading role in the ongoing operation of the center
- Decisive, strong personality
- Motivation, flexibility, and resilience - Pleasant working atmosphere in a motivated team - Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Promotion of internal and external training for professional development or MPK training
