Production Mechanic for Exciting Permanent Position

• Operation, monitoring, and control of production equipment while ensuring quality and production quantity
• Analysis of malfunctions and independent troubleshooting of machine problems
• Proper start-up and shutdown of equipment as well as monitoring of relevant production parameters
• Provision of materials, input of recipes, and careful documentation of production data
• Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

• Completed technical basic training in the industrial sector
• Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a production environment
• Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift operation
• Good PC skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented, resilient, and flexible personality
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
