About the job
Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for aging and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in senior day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas, and the beautiful location complement our services.
We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist (m/f/d) starting April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Workload: 60-80%
Your tasks:
- Development and management of the new website including social media channels
- Creation and implementation of the house newspaper, flyers, advertisements, promotional materials, etc.
- Responsibility for the preparation of the annual report
- Ensuring corporate identity and design
- Organization of customer and employee events
- Co-organization of trade fair appearances
Your profile:
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in marketing/communication (mandatory)
- Professional experience in a similar position, industry knowledge is an advantage
- Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as all social media channels
- Flair for the interplay between word and image as well as a confident style of expression
- Creativity, initiative, and a networked way of thinking
- Organizational talent with a strong sense of responsibility
