Specifically?

• You are responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of banking products throughout their life cycle.
• You collect and prioritize requirements from specialized departments, the market, and customers.
• You collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, IT, compliance, and specialized services to ensure product marketing.
• You assist bank management in creating business cases, product concepts, and decision-making bases.
• You analyze market, competition, and performance data to continuously optimize products.

This position is for you if…

• You have a higher commercial education (Bachelor HES, etc.) or are looking for a position that allows you to pursue higher education while working.
• You have received specific training in product management.
• You have initial experience in product management, ideally in the financial or banking sector.
• Autonomous, you have strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• Pragmatic and rigorous, you provide improvement solutions constructively and have a natural ease in interpersonal relations.
• Listening, communication, and the pleasure of collaborating with different interest groups are your strengths.
