For our location in Zurich, we are looking for an accountant with responsibility for the ERP solution Vertec 80-100% starting October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assistance with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing including reconciliation
- Support in salary administration
- Responsibility for the operation and further development of the ERP solution Vertec
- Administration and maintenance of the software
- Definition and assurance of processes
- Create user manuals and conduct training as well as quality controls
Your qualifications
- A completed commercial basic education
- Experience in accounting and a good understanding of the processes of service recording, invoicing, and dunning
- Good software skills; knowledge of Vertec and Abacus is an advantage
- Enjoyment in working with numbers as well as solid Excel skills
