Help us create a new chapter – Support in the small residential groups

A new housing offer is being created at the Ungarbühl Foundation: In small residential groups, adult persons with developmental and multiple disabilities, who have a highly individual need for structures, will find suitable living spaces. The new building, developed in close collaboration with various specialists, will start in autumn 2025. Become part of this exciting project and apply as:

Social Pedagogue / Care Specialist
at 80% immediately or by arrangement

o Individual support: Assist 7 unique people in their daily lives, with care, and participation in social life.
o Functional health: The concept of functional health forms the basis of your work – also when supporting challenging behaviors.
o Organizational talent: Take on the coordination role for two clients and work closely with specialist offices, relatives, and legal guardians.
o Teamwork: Join a team of 8 highly motivated colleagues

What you bring:
o Completed training as social pedagogue / FABE / HEP / AGS / FAGE Psychiatry
o Joy in intensive, individual relationship work and high presence in the clients' daily lives
o Humor and resilience – we are looking for a multi-talented person who can also laugh at themselves and be at the forefront in a crisis!
o Supportive, clear communication – just say it straightforwardly
o A team-oriented and independent working style – you can shine in a team and also excel independently
