Global Product Manager Prevention & Care m/f/d

This is you:

• As a key role, you shape the global product strategy and strategically and market-appropriately develop our portfolio – with possible focus on either technical or commercial aspects
• Develop sound business cases, conduct market and price analyses, and implement effective marketing strategies
• You manage product launches, growth initiatives, and product discontinuations across all phases of the lifecycle
• Within the team, you analyze the competition from a technical or commercial perspective and define clear product requirements, including MVP and claims
• You work closely with research and development, marketing, sales, and other interfaces to successfully drive innovations forward
• In addition, you create and coordinate targeted training, communication, and presentation materials for international markets

This is what you bring:

• Experience as a product manager in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry, medical or dental technology
• Completed studies and several years of practice in international product management / sales / trade marketing
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex contexts
• Experience in process and project management, application of Lean & Agile methodology
• Customer orientation, communication skills, excellent presentation abilities
• High social competence in a multinational and culturally diverse environment
• Open-minded, creative thinking and hands-on mentality
• Very good German & English skills
• Willingness to travel for international assignments (approx. 10-20%)
