These are your tasks

• You are responsible for the precise preparation of the annual statements in the area of energy and water costs – especially the electricity cost statements in connection with ZEV (joint consumption) as well as the charging electricity for e-mobility
• You act as a competent contact person for building owners and property accountants and support them with all questions regarding electricity billing and energy accounting
• You receive the concerns of our condominium owners and tenants and answer their questions
• You are a sparring partner for your colleagues and provide cross-departmental support in matters of electricity billing

This is what you bring with you

• You have completed basic training in energy supply, electrical installation, electrical planning or energy billing or
• You have similar qualifications in the technical or commercial field with an affinity for electrical energy
• You are willing to thoroughly familiarize yourself with the subject matter and have a flair for numbers
• You are communicative, motivated, goal-oriented and service-oriented
• You like to work independently and are still a team player
• You bring excellent German and Italian skills (spoken/written)
