Must-haves (Requirements)
- First leadership experience or proven project management skills
- Several years of experience in implementing event projects (including F&B) or in a similar position in the hospitality industry
- Training in event management or hospitality (HF, hotel management school, etc.) is an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and a high level of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution competence for constructive, appreciative collaboration
- Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
- German at least C2, English C1 (spoken & written); additional languages are an advantage
