Main tasks
- Advising executives and employees on compliance issues (including conflicts of interest, data protection, regulatory requirements)
- Further development and implementation of the internal Compliance Management System
- Conducting training and awareness measures on compliance topics
- Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and external requirements, including reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Management and conducting internal investigations if necessary
- Analyzing and supporting compliance risks as well as developing appropriate measures
- Monitoring regulatory developments relevant to FINMA as an organization
Profile
- Completed law degree or equivalent education
- Many years of experience in the field of compliance, ideally at an authority or in a regulated environment
- Strong integrity, empathy, and assertiveness
- High sense of responsibility and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues across all hierarchical levels
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of French and English (B2)
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and shaping effective compliance processes
