NURSING SPECIALISTS
IN THE FUNCTION LEVELS 2 / 3 (50 - 100%) who have the following skills with passion and great joy:
Co-responsibility for the nursing process according to the latest nursing understanding
Process monitoring and implementation of quality management in the nursing area
Support of trainees, interns
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Promotion of participation in normalized life situations through individually tailored care and support
Our expectations:
Professional diploma in nursing HF, DN II, AKP, PsyKP, KWS/FaGe/DN I or equivalent
Independent personality with high professional, self and social competence
Comprehensive nursing and care understanding
Sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
Good IT skills (including BESA)
Fluent in the use and expression of the German language
Willingness to take co-responsibility for vocational training
Willingness for further education and training, to take responsibility and to contribute to the development of
long-term care
