where as Assistant Store Manager* you

take over the management of a Starbucks coffeehouse as deputy to the Store Manager
positively recognize the team for outstanding performance and offer empowering coaching
are responsible, together with the Store Manager, for recruiting, training, supporting, and promoting your partners
set the daily and weekly personnel requirements (scheduling)
share responsibility with the Store Manager for the entire purchasing and presentation of our products in the store

where as Assistant Store Manager* you are also (about 80%) active in the operational area and

offer all customers high-quality drinks and products while adhering to all recipe, presentation, as well as health, safety, and cleanliness standards
provide all customers with legendary service and build a connection with them at the first encounter
approach all our customers with clear and pleasant communication and respond to their customer needs
ensure a clean and organized workplace and store
