About the job

The Spitex of the Bülach region is the outpatient business unit of the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach. As a public Spitex, we provide services with around 70 employees in the areas of regular nursing, palliative care, psychiatry, dementia, wound care, and housekeeping. Our Spitex serves 5 municipalities with about 36,000 inhabitants.

To ensure and further develop our high quality standards, we are looking for a committed individual to start immediately or by arrangement as

Nursing Expert (60-100%)

In the outpatient setting, you will face demanding care situations where your professional expertise is required. You actively shape the nursing quality of our Spitex, effectively bring scientific findings into practice, and develop solutions for complex care situations in the home environment.

Your daily routine with us

• Development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based guidelines as well as professional support for their implementation
• Initiation and implementation of measures to further develop nursing quality, nursing standards, and hygiene guidelines including ensuring traceable electronic documentation
• Professional advice and support for the nursing team in demanding and complex care situations
• Participation in the optimization and quality assurance of the nursing process
• Planning and conducting training sessions, workshops, and case discussions
• Active participation in cross-departmental projects of the Stiftung Alterszentrum Region Bülach and Spitex Region Bülach

What you bring with you

• Completed MSc in Nursing or Nursing Science combined with solid professional experience as a nursing expert - ideally with Spitex experience
• Interest in nursing development, quality, and evidence-based practice
• Empathy, absolute reliability, and team spirit
• Driver's license category B
