As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Performing professional service in compliance with quality standards
- You should also have some experience with guest relations and complaint management
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if the competence has been granted
- Creative input in everyday processes and optimization of workflows.
- Ensuring and complying with house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Training and further education
- Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or with completed hotel management training
- First experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
- Secure German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- You are flexible, creative, and team-oriented
