To strengthen our dedicated Angiology team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible team leader MPA. In this key role, you will take on the professional and organizational leadership of the secretariat and contribute significantly to the smooth running of the specialist outpatient clinics. You will work closely with the medical staff as well as the medical administration and be the central contact person for your team. You can expect a versatile working environment with clear structures, regular working hours, and the opportunity to actively apply your leadership and organizational skills.
Regular working hours from Monday to Friday, without night or weekend shifts.
Here you will be involved
- in the team leadership of the secretariat with 3 MPAs
- in planning a smooth process of the specialist outpatient clinics
- in close cooperation with the assistant of the medical administration
- in patient care before, during, and after examinations
- in various administrative tasks including reporting
- in independently performing technical examinations and assisting in specialist treatments, especially outpatient varicose vein surgeries
- in blood sampling
- in direct support of the medical staff
You
- have completed vocational training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
- already have some leadership experience - this would be an advantage
- enjoy writing medical reports
- feel confident in daily patient contact
- enjoy working both behind the scenes and at the front
- are a committed and pleasant personality
- have good PC skills
- already have KISIM experience - this would be an advantage
- have a reliable and careful working style
- possess excellent organizational skills
