About the offer
The medical team of the pediatrics department at GHOL currently consists of 4 co-head physicians, 3 full-time equivalent (FTE) chief residents, and 10 FTE assistant physicians. We are looking to complete this team with an assistant physician.

Job description:
Within a rapidly expanding department, you will be expected to:
- Ensure the medical care of hospitalized children and outpatients;
- Actively participate in pediatric emergency and neonatology activities;
- Contribute to the training of assistants and students;
- Collaborate closely with the medical and nursing teams in a spirit of collegiality and interdisciplinarity;
- Participate in hospital on-call duties
Required profile:
Your profile:
- Proven experience as a chief resident or senior physician in an academic environment;
- Excellent clinical skills, with a strong interest in pediatric emergencies and neonatology;
- Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and organization;
- Team spirit, collegial attitude, and taste for interdisciplinary work;
- Strong commitment to training and knowledge transfer;
- Motivation to join a dynamic and growing structure.
- Minimum 3 years of essential experience as a chief resident and/or senior physician in Switzerland
Education level:
Federal medical diploma or a diploma recognized by the FOPH
FMH specialist title in pediatrics or training deemed equivalent;
Advanced training in a pediatric subspecialty and/or neonatology will be a strong asset.
