As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Navigation Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steamships and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests. HR Assistant
80% - 100% Lucerne
- Personnel Administration: You will manage the entire personnel administration from entry to exit
- Recruiting & Onboarding: You will support the recruitment process and accompany new employees from the first contact to a successful start with us
- Payroll: You will actively participate in payroll processing and take on administrative tasks related to social insurance
- Support: You will be the first point of contact for our employees and managers for all administrative HR matters
- Projects: You will contribute to exciting HR projects, think along, and share your ideas
- You have completed training as an HR Assistant
- You feel at home in the gastronomy world and know the L-GAV
- You bring 2 to 3 years of professional experience in personnel administration
- You have basic knowledge of payroll and social insurance
- You work confidently with MS Office. Experience with ERP or HR systems such as SwissSalary or Refline is a plus
- You have a passion for HR, are curious, and eager to develop further
