Your Contribution

Professional leadership and support of employees in daily operational business (in-/out-collection, commissions, contract and process issues) as well as collaboration with internal departments (distribution, claims, IT)
Ensuring processing quality as well as compliance with processes and guidelines
Professional contact person for complex cases, escalation and complaints including analysis, coordination and sustainable solution finding
Responsibility for complaint management in the operations area including derivation of improvement measures
Active participation in the further development and optimization of operational processes (e.g. automation, standardization, efficiency enhancement)
Assuming the role of test manager during system adjustments and releases (planning, coordination and execution of professional tests)
Creation and maintenance of test cases, support of acceptance tests as well as ensuring professional quality during changes
Participation in the introduction of new tools, systems or professional changes including knowledge transfer to the team
Support in professional onboarding, training and further development of employees

Your Skills and Talents

Completed commercial training with further education as a health insurance and/or social insurance specialist with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent qualification
Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in health insurance or several years of experience in professional management of a health insurance company
Extensive knowledge of Syrius, good IT skills and proficient use of common MS Office programs
Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
Excellent oral and written German skills, good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
Customer-oriented, networked and solution-oriented thinking as well as precise and independent work
Enjoyment of professional leadership and teamwork
High resilience, decisiveness as well as a positive and open personality
