Your Contribution
- Professional leadership and support of employees in daily operational business (in-/out-collection, commissions, contract and process issues) as well as collaboration with internal departments (distribution, claims, IT)
- Ensuring processing quality as well as compliance with processes and guidelines
- Professional contact person for complex cases, escalation and complaints including analysis, coordination and sustainable solution finding
- Responsibility for complaint management in the operations area including derivation of improvement measures
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of operational processes (e.g. automation, standardization, efficiency enhancement)
- Assuming the role of test manager during system adjustments and releases (planning, coordination and execution of professional tests)
- Creation and maintenance of test cases, support of acceptance tests as well as ensuring professional quality during changes
- Participation in the introduction of new tools, systems or professional changes including knowledge transfer to the team
- Support in professional onboarding, training and further development of employees
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Completed commercial training with further education as a health insurance and/or social insurance specialist with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent qualification
- Sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in health insurance or several years of experience in professional management of a health insurance company
- Extensive knowledge of Syrius, good IT skills and proficient use of common MS Office programs
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work
- Excellent oral and written German skills, good knowledge of Italian or French is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, networked and solution-oriented thinking as well as precise and independent work
- Enjoyment of professional leadership and teamwork
- High resilience, decisiveness as well as a positive and open personality
