For our hearing centre in Dübendorf, we are looking for a

Specialist Advisor 60-80% (m/f/d)

YOUR TASK

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you ensure comprehensive, efficient, and service-oriented customer care.
• You arrange and monitor customer appointments, support our hearing aid acoustician in implementing sales promotion measures, and maintain the customer database.
• Other tasks include selling additional devices and accessories as well as performing simple service work on hearing systems.
• You carry out administrative tasks independently and are responsible for a smooth daily operation.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality with great joy in dealing with people.
• Patience, flexibility, and empathy characterise you.
• Furthermore, you have good IT user skills and also bring experience in administration.
• To achieve your goals, you appreciate the mix of independence and teamwork.
