• You are responsible for the accounting management of a real estate portfolio
• You are responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of utility billings, including the plausibility of the figures as well as interim and annual financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) including owner billing
• You create special evaluations for owners
• You implement the accounting for properties (purchases) including the control of off-office billing and the setup of utility billing and process mandate exits (sales) and create the off-office billing
• You clean tenant accounts and support the property managers during the dunning process
• You are responsible for the timely and accurate posting/approval of all creditor invoices for utilities
• You ensure the maintenance of master data in the portfolio assigned to you
• You support internal projects on behalf of your supervisor

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or property management
• You preferably have additional training as a specialist in accounting or are on your way to it
• Your native language is German, and you can communicate in additional languages both orally and in writing
• You have good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• You possess an analytical mindset and enjoy working with numbers and IT systems
• You have a high customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
• You think and act entrepreneurially and have pleasant manners
